I purchased my SCT livewire TS+ and some tunes through 5 Star Tuning to have some extra gauges and monitor performance while driving. I was checking out the different screens for the gauges and one of them is called "Datalog". When I press it, it shows "Scanning Datalog File" with a loading bar that never moves. The device freezes up and I have to cycle power to get back to the main menu. Now whenever I use the "Gauges" function, It defaults to the datalog screen and freezes up. I have checked for updates and I am up to date. How can I fix this to where I can use gauges again?

We had reports of the new LWTS+ When selecting a different data logging configuration to cause the lisse listed above "scanning for datalog file".
We are currently working on finding a resolution for the reported issue. ETPE-2086
Can you please tell me the serial number of your device? And what vehicle application you are using it on?
