Preloaded tune gone

I had to go back to stock for ford dealer to reprogram my cam sensor for a recall. and when I went to download the tune back it says I have no tunes

If the device is giving you a message stating that the preloaded tuning is no longer supported, then your vehicle was likely updated to a calibration that is not currently supported on the device. In a case like this, I always recommend to update the device and then check to see if there are any changes.
