  • Now I'm having an issue starting the car on in cold temps.

I have one issue of what seems to be a lean condition until the car is warmed up.

Ever since the temps around here have gone down, under 40 the car won't start unless I hold the gas pedal to the floor and start it, if I try and start it normally it coughs for a sec but won't catch. It then starts fine after that.

So now i'm totally confused. My a/f gauge reads lean when start it warm temps and the car stumbles till it warms up, but when the temps are under 40 it it seems to be flooded since I have to hold the gas to the floor to get it started.

Now I'm pretty sure that holding the gas to the floor in a mod motor mustang cuts fuel right?
