Part# Not Found

  • Part# Not Found

    Tried to get the software and all setup this morning and all went well except when I enter the PCM Part# of 56040145AC...error displays telling me it does not find the part#.

    Sent a PM to Dave but found out afterwards that he's out this week.

    EDIT: Just occurred to me that I did not try prefixing with the "P" as is labeled on the ECM although I entered the # as was read by the Tuner. I'll give that a try later should I not hear from SCT.

    It sounds like you need to run an update for your software to work. First when it asks you to enter the part #, press cancel and go to "tools" then click "update" let the update install and then try and enter the # and it should work. Good luck!

          If that doesnt work, replace that C at the end with a G. I had to, as that was the updated PN they use to cover it.

            Always try AA through AG.

            This ECU uses AG and will come up.
